PROGRAM INTRODUCTION
Logistics is a broad and integrated process that can be defined as "the planning, implementation, control, and sustainability of the effective and efficient movement, operation, and storage of materials, goods, services, processes, and information in both directions within the supply chain, from the starting point of raw materials to the final point of product consumption, to meet customer needs."
